Falling Into Awareness

I am aware of the world around me. I see sights. I hear sounds. I feel textures. I taste flavors. I smell scents.

Awareness is... awareness of the world dancing around me.

I am aware of myself. I recognize my state of mind. I see my fear. I hear my frustration. I feel my body. I taste ecstasy. I smell opportunity.

Awareness is... awareness of me.

I am aware of experiences called me, you, and the world. I am formless. I am the light of lights. Engaging as the world is playing out the love-making between form and formless.

Awareness is.

Neither formlessness, nor form. Neither both, nor neither. In words, always a contradiction.
