This week we'll explore one of the most important issues we face as a society: 'mental illness.'
I don't see mental illness as being restricted to a formal diagnosis. Every person falls somewhere on the spectrum of mental wellness and illness, and all of us experience times when we can use support and insight. This conversation is about all of us.
My wife Malini and I have teamed up to write a 3-part series on mental illness, focusing on depression. In Part 1, she talks about her personal experience. In Parts 2 and 3, she invited me to the conversation to talk about the intersection of self-awareness, healthcare, and mental illness.
